Shipping Policy

  • We utilize United Parcel Service (UPS) for shipping fabric orders. UPS observes the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve. Please take into account these holidays when estimating order arrival.
  • Shipping charges are determined based on shipping service, destination address, and weight of your order. Your actual shipping charges will be shown during checkout and will be updated if you change your shipping service, destination address, or cart contents.
  • Please allow 2 business days for your order to be shipped.
  • Transit time from our warehouse once order has shipped to your door can vary between 1-5 business days depending on your location.
  • If your order is on backorder we will email you with the estimated ship date.
  • If you have requested an expedited UPS shipping service such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd Day Air we will email you to provide the exact ship date of your order.
  • Once your order has shipped a tracking number will be emailed to you for you to be able track your order.
  • UPS will not deliver to PO Boxes or to an APO or FPO address.
  • All sample orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service. USPS will deliver to PO Boxes.
  • Pacificoutdoorfabrics.com does not ship COD.
  • Pacificoutdoorfabrics.com does not permit 3rd party billing of shipping charges.
  • If an invalid shipping address is provided at the time of ordering, a re-routing charge of $15.00 will be charged.
